Mission Statement:
The Upper Iowa River Conference exists to: assist
congregations in proclaiming the Gospel; give Lutheran congregations
in Northeast Iowa a voice in the ELCA; provide a forum for
addressing issues facing the church in our rural community; provide
a vehicle for regularly communicating information to conference
congregations concerning congregation, Conference, and Synod events
and missionary sponsorship.
