John studied Social Science at the University of Northern Iowa and eventually earned his Master’s in Administration in 1994. He worked as a teacher, coach, athletic director, administrator and school principal.
Two years ago when John announced his retirement as school principal, Pastor Starrett encouraged him to consider candidacy and mentioned the TEEM possibility.
John is now a student at Wartburg Seminary and in the TEEM candidacy program serving at Bergen in Roland.
Thanks to your gifts to the H. George Anderson Fund for Leaders, John doesn’t have to worry about tuition.
The Fund for Leaders is one of the reasons the Northeastern Iowa Synod is able to support leaders from all walks of life and encourage new and innovative ministries.
