The three Iowa ELCA synods raised $92,596 in their RAGBRAI anti-hunger fundraiser!
Thank you to the individuals, congregations and organizations who supported the Iowa ELCA bishops in their bike ride across Iowa and helped them surpass their goal to raise $50,000 for ELCA World Hunger during RAGBRAI, an annual bike ride across Iowa.
A total of $50,000 will be sent to ELCA World Hunger. The remaining $42,596.86 will be evenly divided among the three synods ($14,198 each) to be used for anti-hunger programs in their areas.
