Make plans to join Lutheran Services in Iowa and the three ELCA bishops for Lutheran Day on the Hill Monday, Feb. 19, in Des Moines.
Participants will gather downtown at Capitol Hill Lutheran Church to learn about LSI, advocacy and critical issues facing Iowa children, adults and families. The group will hear from the keynote speaker, the Rev. Amy Reumann, ELCA Director of Advocacy, and enjoy lunch provided by the Connection Cafe. In the afternoon, participants will trvael to the Iowa State Capitol to advocate directly with their legislators.
